Trueman started out as a contractor in Columbus. He also has the passion in driving race cars. He said that it is possible to get quality out of simplicity and economy. In 1986, they already had 155 motels. During the same time, he was about to become an owner of an Indy 500 winning team. Their current President is Andrew Alexander and Executive Vice President of Brand Operations and Franchise is Rob Wallace. They believe that having their own locations that they manage and operate makes it easier for them to have an open communication with the franchisees. What is included in the franchise package?

There will be two weeks management training at the headquarters and two weeks training at your location. There would also be in-going trainings. You will also be provided assistance in building and designing your hotel whether it will be a new build or a conversion. They say that their design and construction team has a 40 year experience. You will also be provided IT support for 24 hours a day and seven days a week. They will be there to assist you in using the RediStay software that helps you in managing your hotel. Expect to be attending meetings and receiving occasional field evaluations. For marketing support, there will be ad slicks and national media.
