You need to have a net worth of $250,000 and a total liquid asset of at least $75,000. Expect to be investing about $349,000 to $390,000. The Christian Brothers Automotive franchise fee is $125,000 with an on-going royalty fee that varies. This is for a renewable 16 year term agreement. You will need about eight employees to run one location. They allow multi unit ownership but they don’t allow absentee ownership. It would also be to your advantage if you have a general business experience, marketing skills, and experience in customer service.

What is included in the franchise package?

There will be three weeks training at the headquarters and two weeks at your location. You will have exclusivity in your territory within a three mile radius. You will be receiving newsletters, attend meetings, expecting occasional field evaluations to check on your progress. There will be assistance at the grand opening. You will also be given access to the internet. For marketing support, there will be regional marketing.
