Dippin’ Dots is a franchise for an ice cream store or stand. It was discovered by Curt Jones in 1987. What sets Dippin’ Dots apart from the other ice creams is that it’s created through flash freezing the ice cream in liquid nitrogen.

It takes the air out of the ice cream and forms little circles. They should be stored below -20 °F (about -29 °C).
